Organizational Assessment Expertise
Wilson Learning works with your organization to establish benchmarks for success, identify key areas needing improvement, and assess effectiveness of organizational change interventions. In creating the content of organizational surveys, we draw on existing data bases of items for employee and customer opinion surveys. Options for administering and scoring the survey include web-based, fax back, and paper-based administration and scoring. We bring expertise in maximizing response rates, such as administering surveys to business units or other organizational sub-groups rather than on an individual basis. We also provide feedback and action planning to your organization based upon the results of the survey.  

 

360-degree Feedback Expertise
It has long been recognized that how we see ourselves may differ in important ways from how others see us. 360-degree or multi-rater feedback provides input from a number of key perspectives: self, peers, direct reports, managers, and customers. This feedback can provide individuals and teams with unique insight into their skills and the contributions they make to their organization. Our multi-rater tools are a part of our Navigator system. Wilson Learning has developed existing models for individual contributors, work leaders, managers, sales representatives, and sales managers

Developing measurement-based solutions "from scratch" can be expensive and time-consuming. Wilson Learning has developed consulting and software systems that allow us to configure solutions to meet specific business needs both quickly and affordably. Our validated content can be adapted or supplemented with client specific content to form the basis for measurement. Then the implementation process can be tailored by selecting from a pre-defined set of development suggestions.
